Payments & Financing
Transparent pricing and flexible payment options so you can focus on getting the care you need.
Why We Are a Fee-for-Service Clinic
Idaho Emergency Dental is not contracted with dental insurance companies. We operate as a fee-for-service clinic, which means you pay directly for the care you receive at the time of your visit.
We made this decision intentionally. Insurance contracts often dictate what treatments a dentist can recommend, limit the materials that can be used, and impose restrictions that may not be in the best interest of the patient. By staying independent from insurance networks, we are able to:
Put Patients First
Treatment decisions are made based solely on what is best for your health, not what an insurance company approves.
Provide Timely Care
No waiting for insurance pre-authorizations or approvals. When you are in pain, you get treated right away.
Offer Transparent Pricing
You will know exactly what your treatment costs upfront. No surprise bills or hidden fees after the fact.
Spend More Time with You
Without the administrative burden of insurance paperwork, we can focus our time and energy on your care.
Can I still use my insurance? While we are not in-network with any insurance plans, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients are able to recover a portion of their costs this way.
