Privacy Policy
Idaho Emergency Dental (referred to here as "we," "us," or the "Practice") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we gather through this website and how we use it. Your personal information is never sold. Details you share by phone, through online scheduling, or in a website form are used only to answer your questions, book and confirm your visit, and keep you updated about your care.
Protected health information you share with us is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office upon request.
Text Messages and Your Cell Number
When you give us your cell phone number and agree to receive texts, we use that number and your consent record solely to reach you about the questions or appointments you contacted us about.
Your cell number and texting consent are never sold or rented, and they are not passed to outside companies or affiliates so they can market to you. The only outside parties that receive this information are the vendors that operate our texting platform, and they are permitted to use it only to send messages for us.
Texts from Idaho Emergency Dental cover things like replies to your questions, booking details, appointment confirmations, and visit reminders. We do not use this program to send advertisements or promotions. How often you hear from us depends on your appointment activity, and your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or text HELP for assistance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner.
Secure Storage
Your information is stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request, in writing, to access or correct your information or to be removed from our communications list, and we will honor your request as required by law. Some records must be retained for clinical, legal, or administrative purposes.

For severe swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or any other life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Our website is built for adults, including parents and guardians arranging care for their families. We do not knowingly gather personal details online from anyone younger than 13. If you think a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
